How it works

How an engagement runs

  1. Establish the baseline. I review the site, reproduce the problem and collect the relevant measurements. For performance work, that includes server timings, browser traces and field data where it is available.
  2. Agree the scope. You get a written plan with priorities, expected effort, risks and a way to check the result.
  3. Build and test. Changes are reviewed on staging against the templates, plugins and workflows your team uses. The release plan includes a rollback path.
  4. Review the result. I compare the same measurements before and after the work and document anything still unresolved. Field data takes time to reflect a release.
