How it works
- 1Record the store setup and current checkout state with read-only checks.
- 2Measure browser requests, interactions, HAR data and checkout timing.
- 3Measure server timing, queries, HTTP calls and live traffic percentiles.
- 4Check sessions, cart fragments, Action Scheduler, gateways, shipping, caching and order hooks.
- 5Inspect checkout tables and indexes for measured database problems.
- 6Choose one measured change, state its backup, check and undo, then request approval.
- 7Repeat the same measurements and report the before and after results.
